MEET THE FOUNDER
Vaery Consulting was founded by Jordyn Hickey, a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for solving operational problems. Throughout her career, Jordyn has worked at the intersection of engineering, sales, customer success, and business operations.
She has led customer onboarding, managed strategic partnerships, negotiated enterprise agreements, implemented CRM systems, built automation workflows, and trained teams to adopt AI tools that improve the way they work.
Rather than starting with technology, Jordyn starts with the business itself: understanding how work flows, identifying bottlenecks and hidden costs, and designing solutions that produce measurable results, not just impressive demos.
